Indications:

Benefiting qi and nourishing yin, restoring the pulse and preventing collapse. Used for palpitations, shortness of breath, cold extremities, sweating, a pulse that is nearly imperceptible, myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock, septic shock, and other conditions presenting with the above syndromes due to deficiency of both qi and yin and an impending collapse of the pulse.
